📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods
• Optimize inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics processes
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and reorder points
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proven experience in supervising warehouse staff and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in logistics and inventory management
