📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work closely with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.,Maintain and update IT inventory and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
