📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet project requirements and specifications.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
