Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients and partners,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote Cove Living's products and services,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand Cove Living's reach

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development,Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficient in using CRM and sales management tools,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
