📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Assist in maintaining a clean and attractive shop environment.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Proven track record in retail and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic retail software and point of sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
