PT Digital Pertiwi is looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial for supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring smooth procurement and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for driving efficiency in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.,Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in developing and maintaining supplier relationships.,Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Assist in analyzing and reporting on supply chain performance metrics.,Support the development and implementation of quality control measures.,Assist in managing supply chain documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.
