📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage stock levels.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Manage warehouse staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
