📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and facilities, including HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the restaurant operations team to ensure facilities meet health and safety standards.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and maintenance engineering, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Certification in HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
