The Finance Admin will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance team in their daily operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports for management review.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and preparation of bank reconciliations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Good understanding of financial software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
