PT Jaya Pratama is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring our vehicles are always in optimal condition and ready for use. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet vehicles
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost
  • Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance
  • Work closely with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Implement and enforce fleet safety policies
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using fleet management software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
