📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of patient care and service.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet their performance goals.,Ensure the financial health and stability of the medical center through effective budgeting and financial management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners.,Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.,Knowledge of healthcare software and technology is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
