📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Manage branch budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
