📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive urban transportation strategies aligned with the province's vision and goals.
• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new transportation infrastructure, including roads, public transportation systems, and pedestrian-friendly spaces.
• Coordinate with local and central government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to ensure the successful execution of transportation projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of urban transportation systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Promote sustainable and innovative transportation solutions, such as electric vehicles, bike-sharing programs, and smart traffic management systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of transportation professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Represent the government at national and international forums, advocating for best practices in urban transportation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing urban transportation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban transportation planning and management, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian transportation laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Experience with GIS and transportation planning software (e.g., TransCAD, Cube Voyager, or similar).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
