📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing daily cashier operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Supervising and training junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Reporting to management on cashier performance and sales data.

• Assisting in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing cashier operations and handling customer complaints.
• Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
