📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve company performance and profitability,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of managers and supervisors,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the industry
