As a Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
