• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of public service initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of public service initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and outcomes of public service initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of public service initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in public service management to ensure the continuous improvement of our initiatives.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung Islands at community events and forums to promote the benefits of public service initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public service management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of public service delivery systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with government regulations and policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
