📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Ensure that all operational activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving operational efficiency and productivity.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
