📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate suitability.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
