Barghest Building Performance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy Sustainability Engineer (HVAC) to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability, and will be responsible for leading projects that enhance the energy performance of buildings across Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance projects to ensure optimal energy efficiency and sustainability.,Develop and implement energy-saving strategies for building projects, including the integration of renewable energy sources.,Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in building energy performance.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure sustainable and energy-efficient building designs.,Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on energy-efficient HVAC systems and sustainability practices.,Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with energy efficiency standards and regulations.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in HVAC systems and sustainability, and apply this knowledge to our projects.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.,Strong understanding of energy efficiency standards, regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in using HVAC design and simulation software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or EnergyPlus.,Experience with renewable energy systems and integration into building designs.,Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other locations.
