🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, with a focus on project management.,Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.,Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
