📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of building services systems.
• Oversee the coordination of M&E systems with other building services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a focus on building services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
