📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing menus.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.

Monitor food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.

Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources.

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Participate in inventory management and purchasing.

Assist in special events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
