Sehati Intan Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent dental care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to dental staff on various aspects of dental care, including procedures, patient communication, and clinical skills.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the clinic management to align training programs with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.,Coordinate with other departments, such as human resources and marketing, to ensure that training programs are well-received and effective.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental training or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using various training methods and technologies.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the dental field.,Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
