📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector, focusing on banking, insurance, and fintech.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client relationships and increase market share.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services, including banking, insurance, and fintech.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
