📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic demand planning to meet market demands.
Design and execute tactical promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Manage inventory levels using SAP and Excel to ensure optimal stock availability.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product performance meets targets.
Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP and Excel for data analysis and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry trends and best practices.
Certification in merchandising or demand planning is a plus.
