📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the sales, leasing, and management of a diverse portfolio of malls in Bali.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail growth and innovation.
• Manage tenant relationships and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimize mall performance metrics, including occupancy rates, foot traffic, and revenue.
• Collaborate with property managers to maintain the physical condition and cleanliness of malls.
• Work closely with financial analysts to ensure the financial health and profitability of the mall portfolio.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retail leasing and operations.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail leasing and operations, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of retail leasing software, such as Yardi or CoStar, is a plus.
• Certification in retail leasing or property management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
