Megapolitan Developments is looking for a dedicated and experienced Engineering Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and safety of our apartment complex. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and access control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, including work orders and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, and conduct safety audits as required.
• Provide technical support to tenants and property management staff regarding building systems and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Vocational Education (SMK), or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles within the property management or construction industry.
• Certification in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Depok, Jawa Barat.
