📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and office events.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR General Affairs or related roles.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with office management software like Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
