📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and coordinate emergency response teams during natural disasters, health emergencies, and humanitarian crises.
- Utilize GIS mapping and emergency management software to plan and execute rapid response interventions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency response plans tailored to specific crises.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and international organizations to ensure a unified response.
- Provide real-time updates and reports on the status of emergencies to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor response teams on best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of emergency response efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Disaster Response, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency response or a related field.
- Certification in Emergency Management (e.g., FEMA IS-200, CDE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating emergency response teams.
- Strong knowledge of GIS mapping and emergency management software (e.g., ArcGIS, HOTOSM, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
