📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software is a plus.
