🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in managing high-profile events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and private parties.
• Strong knowledge of event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for budgeting and scheduling.
