📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications, using high-end skincare products.
• Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to ensure long-term skin health.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in luxury skincare through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to provide comprehensive wellness services.
• Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the spa.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Facialist certification or equivalent experience in luxury skincare.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of facial techniques, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and LED therapy.
• Proficiency in using high-end skincare products and equipment, such as Dermalogica, La Mer, and SkinCeuticals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients.
